Crap management|Recommended: Nowhen i first moved in they fixed things that were not ready fr my move in right away, after that it has been repairs that are faulty or no repairs .. ac worked on several times, its still 90 at night in my unit toilet leak got fixed flooded the whole front ... just stopped using that toilet since you guys wont fix it ... rude staff, i dont know what happened to the old manager but you need her back, she got shit done

Nice Place to Live. |Recommended: YesThere is no major issues. Its a quiet complex really. The office staff is really nice, always friends and helpful. The property is clean and well maintained. The Parking is the ONLY issue. If you have people visiting be prepared to have them park across the street or even next door at the businesses. I don't think the parking spaces are painted evenly either. Other than that I would totally recommend Trailside at Hermosa Pointe.

Love living at Trailside |Recommended: YesThe management, staff, and maintenance people at Trailside go above and beyond to make the process simple, they are supportive and any repairs are made a priority if you need help at anytime. The design of the apartment buildings really gives you the sense of a community. The grounds are always well kept. I would recommend Trailside SAYRA...YOU ALWAYS HAVE A WELCOMING SMILE ON YOUR FACE AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THERE WHEN ANY OF US IN THE COMPLEX NEED ASSISTANCE. THANK YOU

One word, garbage |Recommended: NoThis was bar the worst place I have ever lived the rent was way over priced for what we were getting When we first signed the lease for the apartment they were still cleaning it so we were unable to see it until the day we moved in. However we were told we were moving into a renovated apartment. Then to our surprise the day of move in it wasn't. When I went to talk to management they said they never told me it was renovated and if I wanted I could upgrade to a renovated one and pay the difference. So from day one I was disappointed. Then my AC never worker and I told maintenance but they said nothing was wrong with it that I just didn't know how to use it. The apartment we were placed in was crap from the beginning and then we got charged nearly 1,200 to fix it when it was shit to begin with. I am overall very dissatisfied with my stay there, and I would never recommend it to anyone
