Need Roof Treatment Immediately |Recommended: YesHi, I have already opened a ticket ticket number is 135519 in June for a severe water leakage problem from my roof. I closed that ticket because it was communicated by our new Community director Marissa that it would be fixed by next week. It was really appreciated that she came into my room for inspecting the problem and really sympathetic when understanding our situation. But I was suffering from this problem from March and raised this concern right away but nothing was fixed till now. As I already mentioned in my earlier ticket, after moving to this 2 bedroom apartment apt 1901 from apt 1103 , I faced a terrible water damage for sprinkler malfunctioning and we bought our new couch of 1300. And everyday when its raining or ice was melting in March, one side of my couch got wet. After understanding the fact that our community director or any other office representative has no control or the authority for the work needs to be done for this fix. Now I have already understood that probably there are some big factors behind this work done and this could not be fixed right away. But when we are paying full rent from beginning of the lease , why we will compromise our living for so long time. At the time of lease agreement, normally there was an inspection going on by Community director and future residents jointly, and at the time of leaving if resident will not give back the apartment as-is,they need to compensate. Then resident should also get the compensation if the room condition is not the same as it was the time of agreement and they has to suffer everyday for that situation. So this is the time when I should claim that my apartment should have atleast 100 less rent from beginning of the lease than other two bedroom apartments in CPP or compensate my new couch price as mentioned I have the risid . Or I would request please fix the issue right away. My humble request to Weidner customer service to look into this issue and come with any solution as early as possible . Thanks, Aparna 3063512025

It is getting better.|Recommended: Yes Sarah has gone out of her way to make us feel comfortable and accommodate us. Not only has she listened to us, she actually did something to address our issues. She recognizes and understands our concerns, which is definitely a breath of fresh air for the management of this apartment. Compared to the previous directors, Sarah is by far the best. We have no regrets in extending our lease.

Things could be better.|Recommended: YesI have no major complaints. There's a lot of things that need to be repaired or maintained and a better regular cleaning of the floors and garbage rooms would make a huge difference.

Nice property with poor maintenance|Recommended: NoAverage stay. What I do not understand is why the maintenance requests have to be closed without even intimating the resident of what action has been taken.
Moderate|Recommended: NoThe apartments are good but there are lot of improvements needed. For e.g. 1. Main door buzzer system is not working since Apr'13 (may be even before that) 2. With all the carpets and sofa removed the main entry does not look good and have very old sofas kept in corner. 3. The regular cleanup is not up to the mark. 4. The pest control people did not visited all the apartments during their last visit even after putting a written complaint. 5. The club room, Gym facility is closed, and still there is no change in rent. 6. Lots of apartments are having problems with Cockroaches, rats, BedBugs etc.
It's a decent community and the location helps commute in downtown.|Recommended: YesI like living here for the last 2 years, I would suggest people to move in here and enjoy the benefits of its location. Last year it was even better when this building has the party room available. If you only need a apartment this is a good place to move.

Convenient downtown location|Recommended: YesGreat location, within walking distance to most amenities. Can be a bit noisey because of location on major street. Good sound insulation between apartments. Building constructed in 1978; for the most part building is well-maintained.
