Love it Parking isn't the best but the building itself is great.submitted by Romeo M. - |Recommended: YesStill new to the property and other than not having enough guest parking we love the building The grounds are very neat and clean. The unit itself has a lot of space and a lot nicer than other apartments we looked at previously that were much more expensive. Heritage Hill gives you a lot for what you pay monthly. Of all the properties we looked at in person or online I've never seen a balcony like they have at Heritage Hill. We got a corner unit with two balconies. One off the dining room and the other starting at the living room and connecting to both bedrooms. It is facing the busy street on S Puget Dr but what can you do
Very peaceful professional looking appearancesubmitted by Eric C. - |Recommended: Yesnice place to live, convenient to stores, schools, transportation, overall a good secure place to live
The new building is nice submitted by Randy C. - |Recommended: YesThere are two buildings next to each other. I currently live in the H building and its was built recent years- maybe 5 years old. It's always clean and I never ever hear my neighbors. My parking is located in a reserve garage and I have never have any issues. The only down side about this building is the community room. There is a LOUD motor constantly on and you can't hear the TV or enjoy a conversation with anyone. The community is really nice and has a pool. As for management, they have gone through at least 3 property managers in two years. All have been professional to work with. There are NO gray areas with them and are very fair, firm and consistent. If you are looking to rent, please avoid the older building. The maintenance team is very helpful and has always been prompt with the work orders. See you around neighbor.
Analyzing after two monthssubmitted by Marcus C. - |Recommended: YesIn an overview it is a large, comfortable community, very well located, calm and beautiful, the saff is really competent, attentive and helpful, but this community does not have the same quality of finishing in maintenance and internal cleaning as in another Weidner community where I lived before and I really have no idea what happens upstairs, because listening from my apartment looks like they do crosfit wearing high heels, I can hear all the steps, jumps and creaks on the floor.
A nice quiet place to livesubmitted by Nicole S. - |Recommended: YesOverall my experience living here has been pretty good. Any time i have needed maintenance done in my apartment they have been quick to respond and the staff in the office are very friendly. i've never had any problems with noise with any of my neighbors.

NEW TENANT REVIEWsubmitted by John F. - |Recommended: YesThis community is fantastic. It's beautiful. Maintained. The staff are so nice and friendly and remember names. Love that personal experience. The only thing is that the hot tub doesn't work...other than that...keep it up.
response from property -Hello John, Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to post online regarding your residency with us. I am glad to hear that you are having a positive experience at the Heritage Hill community and we appreciate your choice to call this your home. Kind regards, Kristie - Weidner Customer Service
Very nice quiet but submitted by Kelsie E. - |Recommended: YesParking is a joke. Only one spot per unit and everything else is a free for all and if you're home after 7 pm you won't get a spot and have to park a block away. It's a joke. I never see every single numbered spot taken, is there really no other spaces available even for rent
Enjoyed living here. Lexy is great submitted by Tania C. - |Recommended: YesThe building is beautiful and the staff are very helpful and nice. Lexy is great she helped me a lot when my life was feeling like it was in a whirlwind. She is very kind and has a great personality for dealing with the public. Apartments are very nice . Parking can be challenging but it's pretty much that way anywhere. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and if I didn't have to move I would still be there.
response from property -Hello Tania, so glad to hear that you enjoyed your time at Heritage Hill community. We value hearing your feedback and wish you all the best in your future endeavors! Best, Weidner Customer Service
Great Placesubmitted by Danielle D. - |Recommended: YesIt is a great location and a very pet friendly building. We barely hear our neighbors unless they are in the hallway. The apartments look nice but it seems like they rushed making it. Like our linoleum is starting to come up in some areas when it shouldn't be at all. The management is great and if you have a maintenance issue they get to you usually that day. I wish the management office was open on Mondays though since I get a lot of packages that come through and have issues because of it. The amenities are great especially the covered parking and work out center. It has very easy access to mass transit with downtown Seattle only being a 45 min - 1 hour bus ride away.
Decent and Secure, but Costly.submitted by Patrick R. - |Recommended: YesBuilding is very modern and new 1250 S Puget, not 1300 S Puget. and has great amenities, including pool and rooftop access garden. Parking is a pain for guests, and no option to purchase additional spaces for your own vehicles. Issues with people smoking on balconies, despite being a non-smoking property. Inconvenient location for shopping or going out. Hard for people new to property to find correct entrance or parking. Rent is incredibly high for the area, probably owing to the newer building. Weidner decided it's fair to raise rent 80 a month and force you to lock in to a 12-month lease to keep the lowest rent price. So great property if you don't mind spending most of your monthly income for a studio, one and 2 bedrooms are even crazier priced.
I really like the office staff - overall like the aptssubmitted by Rebecca C. - |Recommended: YesI really like living in the newer building at 1250 and have enjoyed my time in these apts so far.
Decent Dwellingsubmitted by Anissa D. - |Recommended: YesOverall I've had a great experience. Turnover in apartment manager seems high 3 managers in one year . However, transition between management has been smooth. Guest parking is minimal unfortunately, but I have seen worse. The main complaint is noise, Quiet Time could be more strictly enforced. I've woken up around midnight on weekdays, to neighbors' loud tv music and blender blasting. For the most part, HH is a well maintained place of residence.
response from property -Hi Anissa, this is Jen from Customer Service. So glad to hear you love your community, we think they’re pretty terrific too! I’ll be sure they get a copy of your review and your kind words for them. Thanks! Jen
Beautiful Property Poor Parkingsubmitted by Yazmin R. - |Recommended: YesThe property is great. However, there simply instant enough parking and the other option is parking on the street. The staff is great and very helpful. I love that they are pet friendly and even provide a dog park and bags for pick up. The amenities are great, jut wish the pool was much larger. Overall it is a very safe and friendly community
