Great, modern living with fantastic amenitiessubmitted by Kyle P. - |Recommended: YesEverything is almost perfect, the apartment feels modern and new, the appliances all work and feel high quality, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The ONLY qualm I have is the noise through the floors. I cannot hear anything from the apartments adjacent to me on the same floor, but I can hear the stomping around my upstairs neighbors do. A very small inconvenience considering everything else, but when everything else is at such a high standard things like these stick out.
Solid Placesubmitted by Chad P. - |Recommended: YesI lived here for about 1 1 2 years. The staff is great and the building is nice. Really not much to say other than it's your typical trendy apartment building in a cool location. Not a bad thing, just the truth. My only two complaints are as follows. Guest parking is a nightmare. They have done a better job recently with putting some signage out in the alley, but with other buildings nearby and plenty of events in the area these spaces are usually taken. Your guests will most likely have to resort to metered street parking or finding a ramp. Dust. I'm an absolute clean-freak and I dusted daily while living here. I even purchased a Sharp air purifier a few weeks after moving it because it was so ridiculous. It didn't help much and I just learned to live with it. Thankfully I'm not one with allergies. Other than that, if you can stomach the rent prices I would recommend calling it home. It beats paying 900 a month to live in some shit-box in the suburbs. Lowertown has plenty of things going on in the area and the nightlife is solid. Great staff and good neighbors.
Best apartment I've lived at.submitted by Ryan W. - |Recommended: YesVery quiet apartments and well maintained. Parking garage is a real treasure. Jesika is such a great community director.
Great Property with Great Staffsubmitted by Heidi V. - |Recommended: YesI love everything about living here except for the internet because the internet is very unreliable. But the staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to provide great service to the residents.

We love it submitted by Allyse W. - |Recommended: YesIt is a great place to live. We have had a great experience so far in the timeliness of getting things fixed if need be and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I do wish there was a garbage disposal though, that is very minor in the grand scheme of things. The grounds are well kept and we rarely hear anything above us
response from property -Hello Allyse, We thank you for taking the time to post and appreciate your recommendation. My apologies that we do not offer garbage disposals but please do keep us posted if you are in need of any assistance while you are residing with us as we are happy to help! Kind regards, Kristie - Weidner Customer Service
Loved this building, it will be hard to leave. submitted by Marissa B. - |Recommended: YesI absolutely loved living at the Lofts at Farmers Market. Could not have had a better experience. The building is peaceful and welcoming. The residents and staff are friendly. The grounds are clean and quiet. The only downfall is parking is hard to find when visitors come over. I have always felt very comfortable here. It will be very hard to leave. -Marissa
response from property -Dear Marissa, thanks for the great review; we will share it with the on site team and their managers as well!
Price is average for similar apartments in the areasubmitted by Ethan S. - |Recommended: NoPizza place is very loud and disturbing next door
Could use some improvementssubmitted by Mary W. - |Recommended: YesLocation is great Close to train and bus stops. Small cozy feel to the apartment building. A bit much with the new Saints stadium so close - over-crowded now in the summer. Friday night home games are loud with the fireworks. I moved here to escape some of the crowds for a simpler quieter life. Building itself is nice. My loft seems to have a lot of dust coming in off the streets through the air vent. Allergies have worsen since living here even with an air purifier and a humidifier. Could use some improvements on updated flooring in the hallways garbage smells overall cleanliness has gone downhill. Looking forward to the new management.
response from property -Hi Mary, Thank you for your feedback and giving us the opportunity to improve. I will be sure the office gets a copy of your review. Take care, Wendee - Customer Service
Great Placesubmitted by Jeff K. - |Recommended: YesI have lived in the building for a few years now. I think it is the best place to live in downtown St. Paul. The location couldn't be better. Parking for overnight guests is still a challenge. I wish the garage had a car wash cleaning station. The unit could use a garbage disposal as well as a water in the fridge for ice. The building is incredibly quiet. The staff is always friendly and quick to respond to maintenance requests.
