Excessive utilities fees, parking rules ignored by tenants management doesnt care about it|Recommended: YesIs good living here,but parking sucks in some areas, tenants park in same open spot or more than 72 hours 1162 tenants leave their car sometimes for more than a week even if you tell office they dont care,you cant leave late because is hard to find parking at night, you barely see security at night.
FIRST APARTMENT|Recommended: YesSo this is my first apartment and I absolutely love living here. I moved in December 2017 and it has been great so far. They have a pet of the month every month. They also have vendors sometimes at the front. The only complaint I have is that we did find a couple of roaches when we first moved in and scheduled for terminex to come in, but they never did. I had to take out everything from the cupboards and no one showed, but after that we never had the problem again.
Can't read entire message|Recommended: YesIt's nice but. But very old parts are recycled when something is remodeled. Example wall sockets so old. When you plug something in. It falls right out. Fire hazard. New shower tub used old handles and parts. Other than that. I like the apartments.

Beautiful well kept and peaceful community it feels like a resort tucked away adjacent to the mountains and lake.|Recommended: YesThe office staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. It could not be better located amidst of 15 min drive to shopping mall, restaurants, and walking distance to the University. It offers the best amenities that most communities did not. workout rooms are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the covered parking space and parking is never an issue at Castle Pak Resort...
Unsatisfactory place to live |Recommended: NoNot pleasant at all i can't wait for my lease agreement to be over and move out. The apartment I moved into is falling apart. The lack of work they put in for new residents sucks. They paint over everything to hide the old appliances and mold. My washer appliance is broke doesn't wash and scared that I get charged for it at the end. Having trouble with stuffiness unless the ac is on and a lot of spiders as well as insects are always on site. Afraid for my children's health. Lastly to top it off they installed some Saving lights supposibly to benefit the apartments but only benefiting the owner only because now it looks extremely dark outside just to save more money for them but charging us expensive rent.

Thank God For Rosemary |Recommended: YesPerfect, I moved with my 3 year old from Texas to California and was having a hard time finding an apartment until i spoke to Rosemary Castlepark in San Bernardino, I couldn't have done it without her. I have lived here before and absolutely loved them they are so quiet and the complex is always clean|Recommended: YesIts very clean and quiet. The staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly Ive actually tried to get my sister to try to apply for an apartment here. But I've looked at other apartments in the area and this one in my opion is the best looking and clean.
