We are only a short walk away from many amenities including major banks, shopping malls, the library, restaurants, pubs, movie theatres, hospitals and the University of Saskatchewan. We are also only two blocks from the beautiful South Saskatchewan River with all of its parks and trails.

Very central location , view is beautfulsubmitted by Elaine B. - |Recommended: YesStaff is great any maintenance is dealt with promptly. Like that its within walking distance to downtown and river area. Overall Eric is great went above beyond for parking when I've had company from out of town due to 2 hour parking meters that are on the street and there is no other parking near by. Due to Eric been able to help with parking I've rated excellent. Site is well maintained and clean.

Marquis Towers downtown Saskatoonsubmitted by Dianne B. - |Recommended: NoThis property is poorly maintained cement bldg. The cupboard are infested with bugs and I have a gluten free diet. Maintenance informed me it was my responsibility to get rid of the bugs however, I can. 24D shouldn t be used around food that one is consuming. When signing a lease, carpet cleaning was offered but I have yet to see it done. Maintenance on water taps ,drains, toilet, fridge and stove is disgusting to say the least. Nothing is replaced and barcodes are removed illegally on appliances. Previous water damage causing mold and cat residue has never been dealt with. Hallway air conditioning is too hot for some of us to breath without nearly fainting. In winter, the axcilary heat has to be used to stay warm as regular heat is not turned on enough to stay warm. The decks have recently acquired a lot of pigeons and their poop. Rents are way above what they should be due to being downtown and having a river view or downtown view. Laundry is over 5.00 to wash and dry a very small load of clothes and likely the load won t be dry either. Parking has people parking for free on my space that I pay a 100 per month for which is very unacceptable. Bldg is noted for numerous break ins or attempted break ins or theft from the parkade. Fire doors don t all shut sufficiently and front door looks like it came from the junk yard and doesn t open wide enough to move in furniture. Sauna hasn t worked for years and neither has treadmills in gym room. Main floor has not been renovated even thought it s supposed to be soon. Soon never comes. Elevators break down regularly which is scarey since one can t get down when you live on the 18th floor. If there s a fire, one cannot escape safely if the stairs are blocked. Fire alarm is not hooked into the Fire Dept either which is a real safetly hazard as someone with a cell phone has to phone when we all leave the bldg.
