Leilani Apartment Homes

Long time residents of Seattle fondly remember Leilani Lanes, which opened in 1961 at the height of the Polynesian kitsch era. As a tribute to the beloved Leilani Lanes the Leilani on Greenwood has kept the name and is proud to house, and maintain, a unique yet attractive bowling fountain sculpture.

The Leilani is a combination of 2 very distinct communities, Leilani on Greenwood & Leilani at 107 on Greenwood. The communities offer studio, 1 bedroom & 2 bedroom apartment homes. Whether you choose the Leilani on Greenwood in the center of it all, or the more secluded Leilani at 107 on Greenwood you're sure to find your perfect new home!

The building is ran great and the staff is very friendly submitted by David S. - |Recommended: YesSuper chill the whole community is very nice and friendly. You meet a lot of new people who are generally like minded drivin individuals. I highly recommend this location to all my friends moving.
Really nice, new apartmentsubmitted by Mariah F. - |Recommended: YesAll and all I really like this place, really clean and well maintenenced. Only complaint would be noise occasionally stomping a lot, some arguments . But that comes with community living,
Great company to work for. Great place to live.submitted by Camilla M. - |Recommended: YesI live at Leilani. I love living here. Partly because the management is so good. I lived here long before I started working for Weidner. When I saw a job opening I jumped at the chance because I saw the way they ran things. I wanted to work for a company that had such great structure. I've now lived here for three years and I still love it. Know that I've seen how they manage their properties from the inside I'm so proud.
A great place to call home submitted by Dakota F. - |Recommended: YesAwesome staff, close to bus routes, not at all noisy, very accommodating and pet friendly. We moved here from across the country and when we arrived everything was ready to go for us to move right in.
New apartment homes with great staffsubmitted by Landon I. - |Recommended: YesMy only complaints are the smell of pet urine in the stairwells and the smell of propane every time I go past the grills. I also think it's a little overpriced for the location. Overall, though, it's a safe, homey, new apartment with great amenities and wonderful staff.

Decent submitted by Jennifer T. - |Recommended: YesIt's a modern multi-unit apartment complex. Management is't very responsive, but when I've met with them, they have been kind. I suspect that their hands may be tied due to budget and the owners upper management under-staffing the place. We like this space because the rent is just a bit below average for a newer space. However, the apartment buildings look a bit older than they should. The property is pet-friendly which can be nice because you see cute dogs wandering with their owners each day. On the flipside, it can really be a problem. We've often walked into our building to find smears and spots of poop on the floor. And, almost invariably, right outside of our building at the door and certain spots inside reek of animal pee. It's a serious problem that they haven't properly addressed. We moved in with the guarantee that all animals are DNA tested and any animal test is identified, immediately cleaned, and charged to the pet owner. This has not been the case. There are also strange carpet stains in the West building which I've seen for months that aren't really addressed. This is why I've down-rated grounds . I can't speak too much to parking since we don't pay for a dedicated spot. But, I can always find free parking within a 5 minute walk from the building which is pretty good. That was another bonus about moving in. Layout is pretty good. We live in an open one bedroom. I kind of take issue with the VERY high breakfast bar. It's really hard to utilize at all and shortens the space. I also wish the clothing closet extended more on either side. Maintenance is pretty responsive. I was told new people were hired around Aug Sept. They are pretty quick to address issues and followup in email. Staff is OK. I often see new people there. I think each staff member relies on the other to understand the building. I suspect they have some amount of turnover.
Good facilitysubmitted by Sarah B. - |Recommended: YesUpdated fixtures and great amenities, noise and ventilation are a major issue.

Visually appealingsubmitted by Dhwanil D. - |Recommended: YesIt is a nice community, and I would recommend it others. The rent is a bit high but comparable to other apartments with similar features. The construction is a little cheap and I can hear my neighbors very clearly, as if they are in the same room. Most of the time they are fairly quiet so not a big issue yet.
Great Apartmentsubmitted by Josh S. - |Recommended: YesThat the staff is great and the ground are great. Having Amazon locker on site is cool and surprisingly useful. I've never had a single issue that wasn't dealt with quickly and above expectations. There are also a lot of security doors which makes getting around a little difficult.
response from property -Hi Josh, thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to post online regarding your residency with us. I am glad to hear that you are having a positive experience at the Leilani community. Best, Weidner Customer Service
Just a Few Thingssubmitted by David S. - |Recommended: YesThe elevator is pretty slow at times and the gym could use an upgrade. Otherwise no other issues
Its greatsubmitted by Lisette C. - |Recommended: YesI would say that its a great place to live however, to park, that is another story. The parking is strange, then longer ones are too narrow and I keep thinking I'll hit something.
