Leilani Apartment Homes

Long time residents of Seattle fondly remember Leilani Lanes, which opened in 1961 at the height of the Polynesian kitsch era. As a tribute to the beloved Leilani Lanes the Leilani on Greenwood has kept the name and is proud to house, and maintain, a unique yet attractive bowling fountain sculpture.

The Leilani is a combination of 2 very distinct communities, Leilani on Greenwood & Leilani at 107 on Greenwood. The communities offer studio, 1 bedroom & 2 bedroom apartment homes. Whether you choose the Leilani on Greenwood in the center of it all, or the more secluded Leilani at 107 on Greenwood you're sure to find your perfect new home!

Very nice place to livesubmitted by Shawna M. - |Recommended: YesThe community and amenities are amazing at Leilani. The landscaping and overall design is very pleasant as well. The parking situation is a bit tricky at times, but I feel this is more of a Seattle problem. Overall, this is a very nice place to live, and the staff is very kind and helpful.

It's a nice place to live only utilities are very expensive and add up.submitted by Sandra L. - |Recommended: YesIt's modern but you'll be paying much more for utilities since it's a shared cost with the entire building. In the long run, you could save a lot more living somewhere else. Dog rent is also very high - you'll save by living in a place that takes a deposit instead. When I first moved in I was forced to pay for a dog DNA test in case you don't clean your dogs poo. However, I often see dog poo around the buildings. Not sure what the point of the test was.
response from property -Hi Sandra, thank you for taking the time to post. I am glad to hear that you think Leilani is a nice place to live! The PooPrints DNA test requires a registration payment that is paid directly to the PooPrints company. We found that having this service is a great way to keep our community clean and keep residents diligent about picking up after their pets. Another great aspect of PooPrints is that if you were to relocate to another community that uses this service your dog would already be registered as your pet stays active in the system. Thank you again for your feedback and if you would like to discuss your experience with us in further detail please feel free to reach out to me via phone or email at (855) 411-9343 or customerservice@weidner.com.
