Great place to live and great management submitted by Mamura O. - |Recommended: YesLeilani is a great place to rent The unit I rent is awesome Lots of daylight, lots of storage room, super quite, neighbors are considerate, the utilities are very reasonable price, 50-60 , parking is available on street almost at all times. The management is awesome They are super friendly and professional. My requests and questions have always been handled in professional and timely manner. The turnaround is super quick and you don't have to wait for long for them to get back. Community is maintained super clean. Many thanks to all who maintains it. Also, the management does great job in terms of communication. They always keep residents aware of what's happening in the property. Also, they organize community get together events to bring community together. For the most of the part, events include free and good food Overall it is a great place. Thank you to the management for keeping it great and thank you to the neighbors for being great neighbors

Comfortable Placesubmitted by Linda P. - |Recommended: YesFor the most part, it is a very comfortable place to live appearance wise. I enjoy the ability to workout, outings, outer appearance, and the professionalism amongst the staff. Always willing to assist at anytime with a smile. Excellent customer is definitely a plus. The only downfall is some neighbors seems to not be comfortable living with a diverse culture...not the friendliest. And pets at times seems to roam without a leach, which is uncomfortable for me. And the pet owners seem offended if you don't want their dog jumping on you. I would recommend a friend if they could live with the non-so-friendly neighbors at time and knowing this complex has a host of huge dogs.

You guys allow tenants who have bombs and close the building. You don't compensate people for taking time out of the day, to rescue children. If you empty the pool then fill it back up, our water bill is . You guys are charlatans, and I have thought about suing.
Not really as advertisedsubmitted by Andy K. - |Recommended: NoAlthough the leasing staff were very responsive prior to, during and shortly after my move in, there have since been things that have not been as advertised. 1. The rooftop grills have largely been inoperable since I moved in back in mid September. Now there is not even a unit there. 2. The parking garage is really not secure. My bike was locked in the bike storage area and someone either came through an open gate or jumped the fence and used a torch to try to cut through the lock on my bike, severely damaging the frame and control cables. There seemed to be little concern by the office staff for my loss or the lack of security in the garage. 3. When we were selecting apartments, we selected Leilani on Greenwood based upon total amenities. It was only well into the leasing process that it was disclosed that our unit would actually be in the 107 building instead of the main complex. This was sort of bait and switch.

It is so comfortable parking in the garage and walking into a building that is very well taken care of. I had noticed once something was either dirty or broken in my building but within 24 hour it was fixed like it never happened. I've never lived in a place that is so well taken care of. I hardly ever hear my neighbors which makes it nice to come home and relax in quiet. I'm hoping my rent doesn't go up too much so that I can stay here for another year or 2. Right now I wish I had signed a longer lease. I could go on and on about how happy I am with living in Leilani.
Should be cheaper or up your gamesubmitted by Jared C. - |Recommended: NoParking is horrendous - nothing for visitors, and those who paid for a spot have to park in extremely compact spots where you are bound to scrape your car. Overpriced - can find a bigger apartment with more parking and same amenities for 200 cheaper per month 1 mile up the street. Would love if the exercise room received some upgrades including the addition of barbells The building is good and staff is friendly, but the price isn't worth it. There should be deals with the local restaurants or utilities covered or something that makes this apartment stand out from the surrounding competitors that makes it acceptable to be a more expensive apartment.

Very poor - not what we were soldsubmitted by Randi V. - |Recommended: NoParking is terrible, it seems the new management doesn t clean as much as it was done before. The courtyard is always messy, the area around the grills is disgusting and the increase in water/sewer/trash is absurd. We were told that would be $40 and it is now $80. We were also told that as more people moved in that it would go down. Leilani is now almost completely full and rather, it went up. Very disappointed and am counting the days until we can move out.

People leave dog waste, garbage and cigg butts lying around the grounds. If there were more trash cans perhaps more people would clean up after themselves. Currently there is only a garbage can down by the grills and by the pool. This isnt convenient. Thank you!
