Great property and locationsubmitted by Connie M. - |Recommended: YesProperty is maintained impeccably. Front desk staff are always available and follow through with requests. Excellent property and community, though one request regarding guidelines honoring the quiet times 10pm -8am, thinking it may be a good idea for staff to send out email reminders on a monthly basis. Building is solid, so seems that tenants may think they cannot be heard while working on home projects late in to the eve. and a.m. and don't realize they can indeed be heard by those trying to sleep during those hours. Otherwise awesome neighbors and great location too.
We love living here submitted by Mandalin T. - |Recommended: YesI would let them know this is a wonderful apartment complex with friendly staff, well designed layouts but parking is terrible. Unless you can afford a parking spot garage its a fight for parking situation on the street.

Loving the Overlook Magnolia Apartmentssubmitted by Kathryn O. - |Recommended: YesI moved in 3 months ago and I'm Loving it I moved from my last apartment because of issues with thin walls, parking, lack of upkeep with the grounds and apartments etc, so my expectations were just a new place that is better than the last. I've found that my expectations have been blown away. The staff is Great The walls actually block noise. I hardly hear any neighbors. The neighbors are friendly and very dog friendly and the apartments, grounds and office are all kept up very nicely. I could not be happier and plan to stay for a long time.
Slightly Above Averagesubmitted by Joshua W. - |Recommended: YesOverall, Weidner does a great job of upkeep. A lightbulb went out in the hallway, and it was fixed the next day. The facilities are all pretty nice, including the gym area. My only complaint is that the grounds keep getting messed up by dogs, but this isn't necessarily Weidner's fault. When the bark was first laid though, the groundskeepers didn't even bother to sweep the excess bark off the sidewalk back into the grounds. That was pretty unprofessional. Again, not necessarily Weidner's fault, but one recommendation is Weidner sets higher expectations for the groundskeepers. I would recommend Weidner
All the thingssubmitted by Nicholas H. - |Recommended: YesNice big apartment However...could use some upgrades. First off J building door on 26th needs a new lock. How has this not happened..its trial and error to get in. My kitchen is weak. When I wipe off a cupboard my rag is white cause it's cheap paint on everything that chips off and my oven hood sounds like a helicopter. Knobs on bathroom sink dont even match. Floors good except a couple spots where I'm sure the truss is loose. All in all I love living here, but you asked...
LOVEsubmitted by Jzona A. - |Recommended: YesThe Overlook team is AMAZING and very professional but make us feel welcomed and like family. The grounds are very well kept. Street parking is eh, but nit a big deal. 10 10 would recommend.

Good and well done.submitted by Kevin O. - |Recommended: YesThis apartment complex is not bad. It has amazing staff and a welcoming community. During my stay it was quiet and relaxing. When i was going to move, some things happen in my new apartment and they personally resolved the issues. I do appreciate the people at magnolia.
Serenity in Magnoliasubmitted by Katherine (. - |Recommended: YesI have really enjoyed living here for the past two years. For the most part, it has been quiet and peaceful. The office team is always cheerful and helpful. The maintenance team has responded to most of my requests in a very timely fashion and has always been very professional and courteous. My chief complaint is the fact the laundry vent empties into the garage right in my spot and I was never able to park my car in there. I've had to cover my bikes and other storage boxes too. It is old construction, so I am not sure what can be done about that. In the big scheme of things, it was merely an inconvenience, but not a show stopper. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my decision to live at Overlook at Magnolia rented sight unseen .
The supervisor doesn't care about my complainsubmitted by Zhijiang N. - |Recommended: NoI have moved into this community 3 months ago. I can hear big noise from upstairs due to the old wooden floor. When the upstairs' people were walking, the building will shaking and there were big wooden cracking noise coming from the up floor. The up floor's people will generally wake up at 6 AM and keeping walking around, which will cause big and continuous cracking wooden noise. And this behavior will generally last for 2 hours. How can I sleep under this bad condition I have complained this issue since I moved in. The staff has reported the issue to the supervisor. They said they can moved me the top floor 5th , but I need to pay additional fee almost 250 more per month , which will cost me more than 1800 per month, which is beyond my budget. This is the fault of the community without letting me the cracking noise from upstarts before I moved in. How would I need to pay for it
