We LOVE Valerie|Recommended: YesThis is an older complex so obviously things will be older and not as shiney and new as some of the other complexes in the area. That aside, the staff is great and are very understand and accommodating. Valerie has become like an old friend and she is beyond exceptional at her job. She has gone above and beyond to help us with a transfer that came up unexpectedly due to unforeseen circumstances. We cant express enough how great she was The only complaint I have as a resident of almost 7 years is that the maintenance is horrible. It's easier to fix lights and filters on our own than wait 3 days for them to help this was never the case years prior . Unfortunately the grounds are not being cleaned and kept as they should be. That aside, the apartments are spacious and I cant say enough about how great Valerie is

I feel like I live in a high class hotel|Recommended: YesIt was a super nice place to live when I first moved in, but they constantly continue to complete upgrades as I've lived here, and it gets better and better everytime I turn around.

Great location and staff|Recommended: YesI’ve lived here for almost two years and I love it. All the property improvements are awesome. The underground parking is a huge benefit. The office staff is always warm and friendly in addressing and concerns I may have.

Website isn't good enough|Recommended: NoThere is no way to look at the breakdown of your monthly bill it, I click on show more balance history and nothing ever happens. And the weidner apartment homes banner at the top blocks me from clicking on the different navigation tabs on chrome. Do you guys even look at your site referring to the weidnerphoenix portal.

I love living here|Recommended: YesI love the property, the amenities, the staff, the view I have - the proximity to downtown and Tempe, the ease of the light rail, the convenience to the airport. I have not had any negative experiences since living here with the community or staff. The only complaints I would have are concerning tenants but have lived in enough apartments to know that this comes with the territory. We are only 3 months into our lease but hope to renew when it comes up in 2020

Good living space|Recommended: YesA lot of early problems that were addressed promptly, but no problems after the first week. Not great package handling, wish there was a better system. Though furnished apartments are advertised, none are ever available, so make sure you look into furnishing pricing.

It's nice, nothing more and nothing less|Recommended: YesPositives - Good Location - Friendly Staff - Good amenities When they work or are open - Underground parking is a plus - Was able to get a free storage unit If you park in front of one - Apartment is a great size and has a nice layout. Plenty of natural light Negatives - 50 of the time i go to use the hot tub it's too dirty or isn't in service - The gym has been closed for undisclosed reasons or for remodeling a large portion of my time here - Elevator takes forever - Stairwells are clean but not aesthetically pleasing - Water fountains and what not are cool and add a nice ambiance, but are normally dirty and or not working - You never know when your packages are delivered as they get dropped at the front desk without notification - Dryer never dries clothes in one cycle - Dishwasher is cheap - The garbage disposal is worthless. got clogged from egg shells and soft food remains - I have to go over 7 speed bumps every time i come in or leave the complex. It's ANNOYING not to mention very harsh on the vehicle. - Get used to the sound of jet engines

Enjoy Living at the Lofts at Rio Salado|Recommended: YesOverall, I have been pleased being a resident of The Lofts at Rio Salado. The repainting of the buildings has really brightened up the place and I am glad to see that the hallways have been cleaned, light fixtures are working, and the spaces are kept clean. I really like the apartment in which I live, however there were a number of things that needed to be repaired within the first few weeks of moving in and the place was not very clean. The blemishes on the tile, bathroom sink, and other places are tolerable however, it would have been nicer if the apartment was in better condition. The monthly rent is a healthy amount and my expectations are higher for this reason. I would recommend to others to live here and I have to numerous people that I know. I love living in Tempe and this location is close to my work, freeways, downtown Tempe, Scottsdale, the airport, etc. All of these make it a huge plus for choosing to live here.

Review for my first 3 months|Recommended: YesIts nice, but spider webs and bugs in light fixtures in throughout the hallways give it that not so clean apartments. My identified items in the apartment have not been addressed. I have a cabinet near the refrigerator that is impossible to use due to layout. Living near an airport is quite noisy. Minor things from keeping it from perfect. I marked yes that I would recommend it to a friend, but I would let them know about these minor things above.
