Best Place to Live|Recommended: YesThe staff is very professional and most importantly maintenance is there right away when you need them. Its almost like a resort living here. Some people would say the price to live here is pricey, but you get exactly what you pay for, great staff, clean environment, movie theater, fast maintenance with on site security.

Median rated apartments|Recommended: YesGated community is ok. They change policy without giving you too much of a lead notice. So you can sometimes be fined for not doing something if your out of town for a week cause you can sometimes get less then a week to do something. Some bills can be made to be paid automatically and sometimes bills that are suppose to be automatic dont get paid automatically. There is a lack of clarity and consistency in billing and prior notices. You can hear your upstairs neighbor so well that the suction noise made by a refrigerator can be heard like you were standing next to the fridge in your upstairs neighbors house. The sound of planes flying can create sleepless nights for the first few months you start here. pests are kept at a minimum. New management does try to make things right. Maintenance sometimes takes multiple work orders to fix the same problem. Parking underground uses dedicated spots. I don't drive here so i cannot comment on availability. This area is located near many office buildings so jobs are plentiful. Supermarkets and food stores not so much. You'll have to take the light rail into town to get restaurants and food stores are a bit of a hike. Apartments buildings have more then one of a number Lets say Room 222. Room 222 will exist in all of the buildings and the building letters are not clearly visible which causes problems with some delivery services when delivering at night since some building signs are not straightforward. I often get delivery people delivering items to my room in the wrong building. It would be nice if the signs were more understandable and there was more then one building letter on the buildings that is basically invisible during the night. There is washer in dryers in some units, which you'll want since i have not seen a public laundry mat business anywhere. The apartments room size of the studios are generous. Apartment prices are reasonable only in certain seasons. You will pay a higher price then what is listed since utilities are not included in the rental price.

I'm renewing here's why...|Recommended: YesI've lived here a year and I've never heard a peep from my next door neighbor, or my above neighbors. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. I love my apartment layout studio and size. The pricing is a little much, but the location is incredibly convenient. You're able to hop right onto the 202 to get to the 101 or even the 10. Every highway is accessible it seems like. Parking is no hassle for guests. The community pool and gym are well maintained a great way to meet the neighbors. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. This apartment complex also hosts multiple events such as providing free food in the front office from time to time, and having pizza nights. Overall, I've been very happy with the great qualities and lifestyle that The Lofts on Rio Salado has to offer.

TERRIBLE|Recommended: NoOverbilling me, grounds look terrible, trash everywhere, dog pee everywhere, parking availability is good because no one lives here , courtyard lights are out, E building is neglected, hallways are gross and have cobwebs everywhere, work orders completion notes just copy and paste the work order that i put in, staff can never be reached, the fountains never work

It is a great idea, just needs some tinkering.|Recommended: YesI would say that the front desk people are some of the best I have ever dealt with. And even at my young age I can honestly say that I have been to quite a few of the poor front desk people places. That being said, the price is understandable, however the place itself would need alot of little things to be perfect. Our dryer squeaks the entire time it dries and the carpet has a stain that looks like an oil spill. I'm sure they have alot on their hands but a little more care to the outside of the buildings would be awesome. Otherwise, this place is great for the price.

I think it is very poorly run |Recommended: NoDefinitely not. The late fee policy is absurd. The maintenance requests take ages. Not many apartment complexes are great with this. However, when you pay a really high rent you expectations go up. I pay way too much here for very poor service.
The property is run down and old.|Recommended: NoThe best part about living here is nobody bothers me, I have a lot of privacy. It's easy to get anywhere I want to go no matter where it is, but everything is a good distance from here.
The property is decent, some good qualities and some not so good ones.|Recommended: NoThe apartments themselves are very homey. The complex itself needs to be taken care of better, appearance wise.
