Outstanding Value|Recommended: YesI have been here for almost three months. The staff have been very helpful and responsive. Jacob in the office is absolutely top notch The management company just took over and is doing a lot of work and improvements on the property. It is a great apartment, great value for the money and a peaceful community. Some of the maintenance guys are just ok, but there is one guy who is absolutely incredible and has bent over backwards to ensure our happiness. No regrets at all moving in here
Everything is great except for the rats in building E |Recommended: YesI have had only good experiences here. I don't see many people around the building and I don't hear them either. Parking sucks only on the weekends. Maybe they could patrol it better then Building E has rats in the stairwell. It's really gross. Can we please get those taken care of I pay too much money a month to be experiencing rats.
Nice Place to live |Recommended: YesStudios are large with walk in closets, nice size kitchen and bathroom. Pool is OK and building is secure with locked gates that require fob or code entry.

Great Place|Recommended: YesThe apartments are clean and the people in the office are quick to respond. You can hear the airplanes but we are right next to the airport so that is expected. It's a little further from ASU campus so a bit quieter but easy access to everything since the light rail is right outside. Some of the neighbors are rude but most are friendly.
