A really cool place to live |Recommended: YesThis was our first apartment my roommate and I had ever lived in and it was honestly a great start. The staff and neighbors are incredibly friendly. Noise is not bad at all. Would definitely recommend.

Run down, trashy, overpriced|Recommended: Noconstant noise from neighbors despite multiple complaints, constant urination from neighborhood cats despite multiple complaints, raise the rent every year even though there are no improvements. Office staff takes lunch from 12-1:30 during hours that most others have lunch so no matters concerning the apartment can be handled at the noon break.

They are also have contacted Animal Control to report the stay cats as these are not your neighbors. The office has been trying to get in touch with you for a few weeks to find out what is "Run Down" in your home. I was super happy to find out that you have renewed your lease. Very Nice |Recommended: YesHi well just want to say thank you got a tour of the apartments 3 days ago and just an update these apartments are under new management Leslie Walker is Amazing and very friendly she will do her best to keep everything at tip top shape. she also has her partner who assistance her in maintaining each apartment ASAP! since he is located there so there wont be long waits or excuses =] im happy with the apartments will be leasing. .
