You get what you pay for.|Recommended: NoIn the last two weeks, I've been without hot water, I've had human sewage rain on me from above, and for a second time there's no hot water. It's an old and poorly maintained property, at an amazing price. Maintenance responded quickly to my concern with the sewage leak, and even with the laundry list of glaring and obvious flaws. Management has made every effort to make the most of what they are working with - without pricing it out of the range of these tenants. It's not the Ritz, but for $549 a month, utilities included, you simply won't find a better deal in a centrally located place. If you're looking to live lean and save some money while you're working away from home, this is an outstanding deal. But the constant issues with the hot water might be a dealbreaker if you work in an office, like I do. This isn't a slight towards management - I believe they are doing the best they can with what the property they've got. Ultimately it's a slum - but it's one of the nicer slums I've ever lived in.
