Great spacious homes with beautiful landscape|Recommended: YesMy family and I love our home. Water pressure is great and we can not hear our neighbors and a c blows without charging your TEP acct a fortune. Highly recommended

Noise|Recommended: YesWay too much noise. From my upstairs neighbor on very early hours of the day 4 to 6 AM and very late hours. Also the ground keeping with their engine blower at very early hours in the morning. They used to do it around 7 00 Am but these days they start at 7 30 am. I know it gets hot but life can't be made tougher for every one. The maintenance only does shamble works. Meaning does not correctly perform the repair, only does it to get you by. I would recommend Retreat place only and only because of very nice staff.
