Not too shabby for the area|Recommended: NoGood parking availability, gates at night prevents people from other places to take up parking space. There are cameras at the parking lot. The area is kept relatively clean, but the bottom floor can be cleaner, trash tree leaves from the upper level do fall down to the bottom. Building material could be improved, the building door lock is a little bit loose and could use better locks. The sound insulation is average, can hear people walk above you and when people walk on the stairs. Heat insulation is quite bad, can hear wind blowing and feel cold air around the windows, the rooms seem to lose heat rather quickly if I turn off the heat. The windows and sliding doors should have improve heat insulation. Maintenance is quite good, talk to management and they get maintenance out there in a reasonable time. The staff management person in office is professional, friendly, and helpful when answering questions. Overall I would give 3.5 5, heat and sound insulation definitely need improvement. The interior lighting could be brighter, the installed LED ceiling lights cannot be changed with store brought light bulbs. Lower floor do get quite dirty from falling leaves and garbage that get blown down there.

Overpriced and Outdated|Recommended: NoCompared to other apartments in the area, these apartments are extremely outdated my the appliances are off white and the freezer is not even a frost free you must scrape ice Old, inefficient, appliances, worn out counters, worn out sink fixtures, no carpet pad evidence whatsoever, i have been a loyal tenant for over two years now and have seen zero improvements yet a 300 increase in rent. The balcony rails need to be replaced. They are falling apart in many areas i see. the gutters are full and flow over the top

Property Needs WORK |Recommended: NoThe noise level between apartments are loud. I can hear every footstep the tenants above me make, and ever conversation that they are having. It feels like there is no isolation between the apartments. For the price of the rent of above 1200.00 a month, all appliances in the Kitchen and laundry area needs updating and Microwaves should be standard in all apartment for the price we are paying. Lastly I think the carpets need to be replace as it is carrying a old odor that is proving difficult to get rid of.
