Luxury apartment at an affordable rate |Recommended: YesI love this apartment It's spacious and very modern. My husband and I love the large patio and the walk in closet is awesome. Maintenance is great too For our first home together we couldn't have picked a better apartment. Our only complaint is that there is limited parking in the evening when we come home from work.

Adequate living space|Recommended: YesIt's nice. It's well kept and the staff is friendly every time we pick up a package. The only time we hear neighbors is when they are playing badminton occasionally early in the morning or when there is a gathering. Otherwise its cozy and does the trick.
NEEDS WORK|Recommended: NoWhen the trash trucks come they leave garbage everywhere and it smells. When maintenance does painting it is usually sub-par...getting on baseboards, trim, receptacle plates, etc.

Going Downhill Fast|Recommended: NoAs my rent has gone up the community has declined. The “limited access” gates have been broken for more than 45 days this time . My son‘s car was broken into when he came to visit. From 2am to 3am there are cars squealing their tires. There’s a new group of tenants that do not understand common courtesy . Standing outside carrying on with friends and unleashed, barking dogs after 11pm. Need I go on
Carpet replacement|Recommended: NoTell your residents they have to pay for carpet replacement when they vacate. Paying to replace your carpet is your responsibility - not the lessee's responsibility.
Great Apartments, and well Kept |Recommended: YesGreat Apartments and very well kept. Pretty quite place to leave especially at night. Only issue i have is the carport parking. When i owned a space you would find a car in your space every other month, which i believe is due to the lack of signs at multiple carports. Also ti seems a lot of guest of tenants just take advantage of the apartments parking in carports that are hard to monitor. Apartment staff is great about placing a sticker on the vehicle, for parking in the carport. However that is still a day you lose your spot, and i notice most violators will return back to the carport after a couple of weeks of receiving a sticker.
1st Apartment Experience-For the amount I pay, it is decent. |Recommended: YesI am fairly satisfied with my apartment complex. The maintenance company is far superior They have a quick response to work orders and does a great job on the upkeep. I do not have an issue with the noise of neighbors. Sometimes, parking can be limited, but I am able to find a spot not too far away from my building. There are two issues I do not approve. Sometimes, the main gates are not closed allowing outsiders to freely enter the apartment complexes. Also, I do not like the only option to pay rent is electronically. So, I have to pay an additional 6.00 towards rent every month. When my lease is up, I will move to a different complex. Which provides money orders as an option, a surrounding gated community, and larger spacing for a lower price.
It's nice and feels safe|Recommended: YesI enjoy living here. My only complaint is that my upstairs neighbors are incredibly loud.
Villas on Memorial |Recommended: YesThese are a very nice place to be. The staff is excellent. Some of the residents are long term residents. That speaks volumes in my opinion.

Very Quiet and Nice Place to Live|Recommended: YesThis place is very quiet and pretty. The buildings are a little older but very nice. Maintenance is usually pretty fast. The staff is generally polite and friendly, however they aren't always fast at responding to inquiries. I would definitely recommend living here.
