I love it, the only trouble is parking and cost of rent.submitted by Torie D. - |Recommended: YesIt feels like I'm living a vacation

Wonderful view. Nice apartments. submitted by Jenah F. - |Recommended: YesParking is horrible. Sometimes I park two to three buildings away from where I actually live. It's a little spendy compared to the other apartment complexes in the area. But the river view is hard to beat
It was amazingsubmitted by Oracio V. - |Recommended: YesVery safe, fun place, has a great gym and atmosphere
Awsome place to Livesubmitted by Kati M. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live with newer appliances and if anything breaks it is fixed fast. Great area of town right next to river for walking. Parking is one of my complaints. Since everyone here pays top dollar to live here with pets everyone should be assigned at least one parking space you shouldn't have to pay for it. The other complaint is that there should be better air conditioning. I live on the second floor and the air conditioning unit in the living room is not adequate. We bought a portable air conditioner for the bedroom and it works so much better than the one in the living room.
No reason to rent here unless you have a petsubmitted by Lauren M. - |Recommended: NoI was new to town when I moved to Riverside9. The apartments themselves are decent but the pricing is outrageous. Your not going to get anything extraordinarily exceptional. They are new apartments, not incredible. All 6 neighbors I knew left as soon as their lease was up. Location of course is nice but management needs the reality check that we are in Wenatchee. There is no reason for 1600 dollar 2 bedroom apartments in a town that doesn't have a decent mall of even something as simple as an outback. It is difficult to find pet friendly apartments in the valley but can be done eventually. However if you don't have a pet you should not be paying any more than 1000 for a one bedroom in this area, and that's overshooting it a bit to be honest. There are plenty of larger, quality apartments at lower rates.

Very nice place to live.submitted by Michael P. - |Recommended: YesBalcony are the worst design I have ever seen, feels like they wanted to save money on construction and didn't care about the tenants needs. Unassigned parking is a pain. I love the location and the apartments are great. Quality feel and construction. Open floor plans. Love living on the river and lots to do in the area.
Greatsubmitted by Joshua M. - |Recommended: Yesnice place to be
Overpriced and no Parkingsubmitted by Bryan V. - |Recommended: NoThe units are very nice but the price you pay per month is simply too much. There is nowhere to park unless you pay extra for a covered spot. I have enjoyed living here but would not again simply due to the price and parking.
They never answer their phonesubmitted by Ted K. - |Recommended: NoIt is nice, but the staff is not very helpful. Also, the pricing changes on a daily basis so be prepared to consistently have your rent increase at the end of your lease. The other problem is the staff does not return phone calls in a timely manner. Emails are not returned at all. I was wanting to upgrade my studio to a two bedroom. I was not able to get a return phone call or email for several days. It has been two weeks now and still no return email or phone call. Lastly, the fan motor in my freezer is going bad and making a terribly loud and annoying sound, which has been going on for 2 weeks now. Maintenance said they would have to locate a new part. It has been 3 weeks now with no resolution or communication. For the highest rent prices in Wenatchee, I just expected a little bit better treatment. I would not recommend this place at this point in time.
Nice property and friendly staff. submitted by Les F. - |Recommended: YesThe looks of the apartment community is nice. Parking is limited and finding a spot sometimes is hard . I hear my neighbors a little and people walking up and down the stairs outside, but I believe that is a part of apartment living. All in all the staff is great and will answer all your questions and get things handled if something arises.
Cheap, loud, expensive for the area.submitted by Daniel A. - |Recommended: NoI would tell them that the apartments are somewhat nice and in a good area. But there is no parking, my apartment wasnt even cleaned before I moved in, you can hear everything that happens around you, and they are way overpriced.

Corporate management seems to create a lot upheaval.submitted by Paul S. - |Recommended: NoNot terrible. Not great though for what you are paying. From the outward appearance, you would think this place would be top notch and would expect that it would be full. There seems to be a lot of turnover in staff and renters however. This seems to be affecting the quality of the renters as well. A lot more trash around and the trash compactor is frequently full in the evenings and weekends. Frequent changes in management and maintenance have had a noticeable impact on the general cleanliness of the complex. Snow removal has been a huge challenge. There were several instances where the surrounding streets were clear but the parking lot pedestrian paths appear to be untouched or little done to service. You can hear a lot service trucks in the early hours or, late into the night 10 PM . I found out the other day that a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is paying considerably less in service charges and utilities trash and sewer and I have a top floor single bedroom. Just more gradual disappointments. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Since the end of last year, a lot of turmoil in staff, a lot of change. Does not appear to have been for the better at all. Some of the originals are still around but, you can tell that there has been a lot of negative impact. Overall, I think this could be a much better place to live but, it definitely has a corporate managed feel to it disconnected from what really goes on for the tenants .
