Weidner Apartment Homes, a real estate investment and property management company, acquired the community 49 West Apartments in Rogers, AR, on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. Weidner is recognized industry-wide as an efficient provider of quality rental homes and a creative developer of new housing. This acquisition marks Weidner’s first community in Rogers and its third property in Arkansas.

49 West Apartments was built in 2020 and is a garden-style property with 31 buildings; 30 are two and three-story residential structures, and one is a single-story building that holds the leasing office and clubhouse. 49 West Apartments offers 337 luxury units and sits on 20.69 acres with 325,507 rentable square feet. S+K Development built the community and previously partnered with Weidner on their development project, 35 Degrees North Apartments in Edmond, OK, in 2021.
 

Residents can choose between four floor plans of one and two bedroom options. Every home is intentionally constructed to bring modern themes throughout the layout, making these apartments some of the most well-appointed multifamily options in Rogers.
