General Renting Inquiries

It’s always best to discuss with a specific community what their rental requirements are. Each of our communities will provide a list of their particular rental qualifications that applicants must view and acknowledge when they apply. Generally, we may review an applicant’s rent-to-income ratio, rental history, credit history, criminal background check, and request income verification.

Pets are allowed in most Weidner communities. Some breed restrictions apply, and these vary between communities. Each community’s pet policy is outlined on the Amenities page of their website. For additional information, we encourage you to visit our Renting with Pets web page to find more information about welcoming a furry friend into a pet-friendly community!
