As long as there is availability and you are in good standing with your current lease agreement, yes! There can be notice requirements or fees when transferring apartments that depend on your current lease agreement, so make sure to speak with your leasing office to get specific information.

We offer various lease terms that typically range between 3 months to 12+ months. Available lease terms depend on the community’s current availability and are subject to change.

Requesting maintenance assistance is easy! Simply log into your resident portal from any device to submit a service request. This process ensures that our maintenance teams receive your message as soon as possible to deliver timely service. Absolutely! Filling out a resident application online is the fastest and most effective way to apply for a Weidner apartment. All you need to do is navigate to the specific community website where you would like to apply and follow the prompts.

We require every Weidner resident to have a renter’s insurance policy. Most insurance companies that offer car insurance offer bundle packages that include renter’s insurance. Your leasing team can also assist you in signing up for renter’s insurance. We encourage you to contact your leasing team to learn the specific details that your renter’s insurance policy should include.

Notice requirements vary and depend on what state or province you reside in, so be sure to ask your leasing team or reference your lease agreement to learn your community’s requirements. We offer lease break options if a resident needs to vacate their apartment early. These requirements also vary and usually entail a notice requirement and a fee.

Utilities are not typically included in the rent, but some utilities, even if you are sent a paper bill, are available to view on your ledger and will be paid to your community. You can view your ledger anytime through your resident portal or by asking your leasing office for a copy.

Your security deposit is refundable at move-out. Sometimes there will be move-in fees and move-in deposits. Anything labeled as a fee is non-refundable, and anything labeled as a deposit is refundable.
