Fall time is the season of pumpkin spice, and we couldn’t be more excited to add it to everything. If you are looking for new ways to spice up your diet with pumpkin spice, this blog is for you. Keep reading for some helpful tips and tricks. 

Get ready to add pumpkin spice to just about everything.

Coffee

This might be the most obvious way to add pumpkin spice to your diet, but coffee is always a win! You can find flavored syrup in almost any grocery store and simply add it to your favorite latte or frappuccino. If you want to have the work already done for you, simply head to Starbucks or your favorite local coffee shop, and we can just about guarantee that they will carry it this time of year. 
 

Baked Goods

From pumpkin bread and croissants to cheesecake and cookies, pumpkin spice can be added to any of your favorite baking recipes. Simply add it to a recipe you already have, or head over to Pinterest and find a new one to try. 
 

Ice Cream

If you have an at-home ice cream maker or are a fan of the three-ingredient ziplock bag method, you can make your very own pumpkin spice ice cream this season. Simply add some spice powder or syrup into the mix for a delicious and seasonal treat. Be sure to top it with some graham cracker crumbles and whipped cream.
 

Oatmeal

If oatmeal is your go-to breakfast meal, you can easily add some pumpkin spice to it for a delicious burst of flavor. This is one of the easiest ways to incorporate the spirit of the season into your routine. Just remember that a little powder goes a long way, so start with a teaspoon and add more as needed. 
 

Pumpkin Seeds

When you carve a jack-o-lantern, be sure to keep the pumpkin seeds! You can turn them into an easy and delicious snack by simply popping them in the oven with your favorite spices. We recommend sprinkling them with pumpkin pie flavoring and some sugar.
