\nIt is Valentine's Day week!<\/p>\n

In keeping with romantic tradition, we thought about starting this blog off with a love poem about why Weidner Apartment Homes is a perfect match for those who seek a nurturing and happy relationship with their apartment.<\/p>\n

More than a mere trophy apartment, this is the ultimate luxury dwelling that includes shiny bling like a gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and designer extras including vaulted ceilings with crown molding, a generous amount of living space to spend with friends and family, and sweeping views from your private balcony, which could possibly lead to great moments of inspiration.<\/p>\n

The problem is, all of these amenities are difficult to organize into one rhyming verse that covers everything. In the end, Weidner manages and owns 244 properties across 9 states and Canada, representing 46,454 units, under the loving care of 1,400 employees.<\/p>\n

We did give the poem a try, however: Roses are red. Violets are blue. Weidner created all this – just for you<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Yeah, we know. It doesn't really cover it. So we just decided to say a heartfelt thank you to our beloved residents, for the love you've shown us over the 40 years we've been providing quality apartment living.<\/p>\n
