Monterra Village is a garden-style community with 550 units on 36 acres. The property is in the master-planned, mixed-use AlianceTexas community, with over one million square feet of retail, restaurant, and office space, including two hospital campuses, the FAA Regional Headquarters, and a new H-E-B store. AlianceTexas is the #1 business park in North Fort Worth, with 575 corporations that support over 66,000 jobs, including top employers like Deloitte, Fidelity, and Charles Schwab.
