Blot as much of the Kool-Aid as possible with a towel. Be sure to blot and not scrub. Also, be sure to use a clean side of the towel so you don't spread the stain. Next, grab a cup of warm water, and mix in ½ teaspoon of dish soap. Starting from the outside and working your way in, apply the mixture to the stain. Continue to blot dry with the towel. Repeat until the stain is gone. Once the stain is gone, rinse with cold water and blot the area dry.
Next up — Remove That Nail Polish Stain Easy
You probably just spilled some nail polish like I just did, right? Okay, maybe not exactly like I did. Heres a quick list of the things you'll need to get that removed:
- Hair spray (and this can be the cheap kind)
- Rubbing alcohol
- Toothbrush
- Cold water

Spray about 15–20 pumps of hair spray over the stain. Then, about 3–5 splashes of rubbing alcohol. Grab your toothbrush and scrub the stain for about a minute. While scrubbing, keep pouring some cold water onto the stain. Keep repeating until the stain is removed. If the nail polish is a bit stubborn, pour a bit of non-acetone nail polish remover and continue to scrub with the toothbrush. Once the stain is all gone, dab the area with a clean, white towel, then vacuum to remove the excess dirt.
