3021 Holmes is a 60-unit, 6-story mid-rise in Minneapolis’s Uptown neighborhood. 3021 Holmes is across the street from Weidner’s other asset, Daymark Uptown Apartments, and the two communities will operate through a centralized leasing office in the Daymark building. This acquisition brings Weidner’s portfolio to over 6,300+ units in the Twin Cities.

3021 Holmes is a mixed-use building constructed in 2009 with 48,079 SF of total rentable space. The community offers luxury studio, one-, and two-bedroom homes averaging 801 SF. The homes provide high-end amenities such as heated bathroom floors, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
