On Friday, January 21, 2021, Weidner Apartment Homes, a privately-held global real estate investment and property management company, acquired the community The Outlook Apartments in Anchorage, AK. Wirum Properties was the previous property manager, and Weidner is now the community’s owner and manager. Weidner’s acquisition of The Outlook marks their 41st community in Anchorage and their 46th property in AK.

The Outlook was built in 1979, sits on 1.21 acres, and holds 65-units of five different floor plans ranging in sizes between 468 to 721 square feet with an average unit size of 610 square feet. The community is a single, five-story building with an elevator and 96 surface parking spaces. The Outlook is also conveniently located behind Weidner’s two other communities, Park Plaza I and Park Plaza II.

 At 234 E 15th Ave Anchorage, AK 99501, The Outlook is in the Fairview neighborhood, three minutes south of downtown. Residents enjoy a short commute to all areas of Anchorage with easy access to Highway 1, Walter J.
