This acquisition marks Weidner’s first property in Frisco, their 10th community in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, and their 36th property in Texas.
Waterford Market is a four-story, two-building apartment community with 381 units. The community was built in 2020 and sits on 6.52 acres with over 336,000 square feet of residential space and nearly 13,000 square feet of retail space. Waterford Market is a class-A asset and holds six floor plans of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom layouts. The city of Frisco will also build a two-acre Art Park in front of the community.
