On Tuesday, February 28, 2023, Weidner Apartment Homes, a real estate investment and property management company, acquired The Oaks of Shorewood Apartments in Shorewood, WI. Weidner is the community’s sole owner and property manager and is recognized industry-wide as an efficient provider of quality rental homes and a creative new housing developer. The Oaks of Shorewood is Weidner’s first community in Shorewood, their 16th property in WI, and their first 55+, Active Adult multifamily community.
